Hello all,
Having just been inundated with "out of office" replies I thought that maybe
the members of the List-serve might be interested in our latest hospital
policy re virus prevention. It is now not permitted to use "out of office"
reply for external emails due to the fact that they increse both junk mail
and open a way for virus users to gain valid email addresses suposedly for
attack. I was wondering does anyone else have the policy and does it make
sense. In my limited notion of the internet it does seem correct but maybe
my feeling is biased.
