Ref Joanna's enquiry about Audience Development plans, and at the risk of
again publicising the Heritage Lottery Fund, their notes on audience
development plans are a very useful. The publication is online at
www.hlf.org.uk. Follow the links for 'news and publications';
'publications'; and 'guidance notes' section. It's a 1.8Mb pdf file, and is
designed for those doing 'Project Planning' grant applications, but it's
still a good guide.
For reference, their other guides are:
Training Plans - Find out how to prepare a training plan linked to your
application to us (pdf file - 822kb) Culture and Learning - guidance for creating arts and heritage education
projects (pdf file 580kb) Business Plans - sets out the issues you should consider and the information
you should provide in your business plan (pdf file 1.2mb) Access plans - booklet to help you apply for a Project Planning Grant to
create an access plan (pdf file 759KB) - Very useful.
I'd better also state that I am definitely not on commission for
recommending these publications. Got to be ethical!

Hi, was wondering f anyone can help me. I am looking to write an =

to get some info as to how to go about it? Is there a template or best =
