Dear Christine,
You may be interested in another site,

This contains a number of teaching resources and classroom activites around
KS2&3 History and ICT. The resources are built around a Virtual Reality
model of Kahun, a 20th Century BC Pyramid builders' settlement. 3D models
of artefacts from the Manchester and Petrie Museums' collections can be
found inside the buildings (there are about 450 buildings in the VR model of
the town, including workmens' houses, mansions, temple, etc.
