John Homan, Stewart Brown and others....
John, I have, but has I have said to Stewart....
As I said they are supposed to be 'independent and impartial' ? Reallyyyyy...
I tried to enquire if I could make a complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman equal opportunities officer, but the reply when Mr Stay rang me was they don't have a equal opportunities officer.
Don't all 'public authorities' have to have an officer who deals with equal opportunities ?
I thought under the DDA,, that all councils and public authorities have to have a disability officer in place by law ?
Can anyone tell me if this is correct ?
Regards
Col R
