New list: Digging for data
If this topic interests you, we invite you to join a new open forum
Jiscmail list set up to help data users in their search for different
sources.
This list is for data librarians, national data centre site representatives,
and any other academic staff, support staff , statistical consultants
or students who are using or looking for data. Join the forum and
contribute with your ideas, questions and problems.

The forum has been created as an informal initiative amongst UK data
librarians, represented by Nuffield College Data Library at Oxford,
Edinburgh
University Data Library and the British Library of Political and Economic
Science Data Library at LSE.
The list aims to be a cross-disciplinary resource for a range of data users
from students to teachers to experienced researchers, and support staff such
as librarians and IT staff: anyone who is digging for data!
