I don't know of any change in GP policy Stuart, but I am having difficulty
with some GPs too at present. They are refusing to provide details from GP
notes (not an OH opinion) on their clients so we are unable to clear them
fit for work. This means that Personnel won't employ. Two have stated that
they are not providing cheap OH advice, which is not what we are asking for.
One GP stated that he was going to charge for a phone call that a colleague
had with him in which she attempted to explain what we needed and that it
was a requirement of the Teachers Regulations.
