Bissell here: Did you make that up or is someone else responsible for
such idiocy? This seems to be saying that there is no obligation to even
attempt improving standards in the "third world," whatever that is. Is
that actually what you are saying? If so, you should be ashamed, if you
are quoting someone else, they should be ashamed.
