RECLAIMING CRAFT
Reclaiming Craft is a project designed to enable young people in Pupil
Referral Units to reclaim craft as both a means of expression and as a
stepping stone towards a career or vocation.
A Project Co-ordinator is required to work a total of 40 days between Jan
-May 2003 to implement the project. The Co-ordinator will be expected to
work from home, and be prepared to travel between Southampton, Basingstoke
and Reading. Travel expenses will be paid.
The main duties of the post will be to co-ordinate and deliver activities
between arts venues, Pupil Referral Units and craftspeople, to include
booking venues, and organising events and workshops.
The fee for the contract is £6,000. For further information contact Lesley
