Flexible work on a rota basis
£6 per hour
The British Empire & Commonwealth Museum (exploring the history behind today’s multicultural Britain) is opening to the public at the end of September. We are looking for a team of enthusiastic people to act as Museum guides. You must be good with people, friendly and flexible, as well as having excellent customer handling skills.
Your job will be to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages including answering questions and pointing them to essential facilities and further information.
You should have an interest in the subject matter of the Museum and training will be provided so you are able to describe key objets and events accurately.
Flexible hours are available full-time or part-time on a rota basis (minimum 9 hours a week).
