I see you mention Medline which is a general database - you should also
think about PsycINFO -see:

Although covering psychology, it also contains some psychiatry references.
You may also want to look in Evidence based practice: A critical
appraisal(2000) - Eds Trinder & Reynolds Pub Blackwell Science - Chapter 4
Evidence based practice in mental health by JR Geddes pages 66-88. I won't
pretend to have read this chapter but I suspect your motivation may be
stronger than mine!
