Hi Eric,
The problem is that we have one schema (i.e., dcq) and a dozen or so
translations of it. without adding a '<eor:version>1</eor:version>', or
similar element, how would one know that the translated versions are
current? This only applies to the description and comment tags. I don't
believe we should be changing the other tags. I am certainly open for
suggestions though!
