Dear Harry,
This is an interesting development. I would be most grateful if
someone with the time and expertise to work through these long
documents and Web sites could post some summary comments to this
list. In particular:
-- This seems to involve creating a catalog (descriptive
metadata) about all sorts of things, including XML schemas and UML
classes. The DCMI registry, in contrast, should be in essence a
database of schemas themselves (not just metadata about schemas).
Is the API designed to handle schemas?
-- Does this approach include any special support for RDF?
