I believe we should index both. A description of the Schema, along with
contact info, etc. should be required at the time the schema is registered.
The issue of storing a local copy of the schema, or simply a pointer to it,
needs to be evaluated further. I can see pro's and con's to both options.
Functions, such as element searching by text string, need to be provided
regardless of which way we choose to index.
Tod, how far along is the reference release for JAXR? Any chance of getting
some code that will work on Linux (being that Sterling is part of the expert
group)? I am installing XRR, but it only runs on windows, so I don't know
how accessible it will be to the group.
