Dear all,
YAC North Wiltshire's Christmas Party in December is fast approaching. We
plan to make sweets and treats from the past (Roman honey and date snacks,
medieval marzipan, that sort of thing). We are looking for something
chocolatey, maybe eighteenth-century -ish too. Any ideas or
recommendations?
The recipe needs to avoid cooking, or at least have any cooking done in
advance so that we can just finish off the sweets. Or if you can think of
an alternative medieval recipe we could make the marzipan represent the
eighteenth-century.
