I am the Education Officer at the recently estbalished East Midlands Oral
History Archive based at Leicester University's Centre for Urban History.
We are developing audio-cassette/CD-ROM resources and support materials for
use in schools as well as InSET for serving teachers in both primary and
secondary schools. In addition, we are producing termly bulletins to keep
teachers informed of the resources, training etc. that we offer.
Does anyone have any experience of producing Oral History resources of this
kind for schools? I have been in contact with Roger Kitchen at Milton
Keynes and have seen Adrian Mee's excellent website and wondered if there
were any other projects out there that we might find of interest.
With many thanks,
Sarah Ferrier
