In Newham Heritage Services we are committed to making the Borough's local

rich, eventful and colourful story of Newham to the whole community. To
achieve our aim we need two key people to join the team in the following
posts:
Sites & Exhibitions Manager
Salary: up to £25,900

Reporting to the Heritage Services Manager, you will co-ordinate and oversee
the operation of all Heritage sites, including the supervision of site
managers. You will also plan and implement an exhibitions programme in
liaison with the Education and Outreach Officer. You should be experienced
in the management of museum/heritage sites and in delivering innovative
exhibitions. You will also be an effective team worker who is able to
develop and manage projects.
Education & Outreach Officer
Salary: up to £23,500

You will work directly to the Heritage Services Manager to manage and
co-ordinate lifelong learning opportunities. This will involve developing
and implementing a creative programme that takes the Newham Story to the
Borough's schools and the whole of the community. You will also develop and
implement an inclusive lifelong learning strategy for a diverse local
community. You should be experienced in educational and community outreach
work, committed to broad access and be able to establish and maintain
effective partnerships to achieve this.
