You can find a very thoughtful, well founded and I believe fresh view
into the questions concerning the nature of knowledge and
understanding etc. in a book by Ilkka Tuomi: "Corporate Knowledge,
Theory and Practice of Intelligent Organizations", published by
Metaxis, Helsinki in 1999 (ISBN 951-98280-0-1).
He is basing his view on those of Bergson, Vygotsky, Maturana and
Varela, Luhmann, and Nonaka and Takeuchi.
