Hi, I just joined the list today. I don't have a current academic interest
in medieval religion (that is, it's not my academic specialty), but I have
a long standing interest in medieval history and religion based on studies
in college. While in college I was most interested in heretics and
medieval medicine. For recreation I am now researching allegorical figures
of women in history and art and so have been doing much reading in that
area. I am also interested in royal symbolism (divine right of kings,
royalty as mythic representations of nation, etc). I am also interested in
literacy and religion.
I'm looking forward to being on this list. Thanks for having me aboard.
