I don't have a copy, but a useful resource for out of print volumes
(especially BAR volumes) is the British Library. For a fee, they'll often
scan a book for you and deliver it as either a pdf or printed and bound.

Thanks. much appreciated. it is a tertiary source and has to be treated as
an uncritical summary of the literature at the time. In fact, it was an MA
thesis from NYU that somehow got published without being reviewed for such
errors in the days when BAR was not very selective.

I have the book. And I had no idea about the aging errors. I hope his
sketches are accurate?
