Hello Richard,
Prummel has a series of 3 articles describing foetal bones of domestic livestock. The illustrations are in the reference below:
Prummel, W. 1987. Atlas for the identification of foetal skeletal elements of cattle, horse, sheep and pig. Part 2. Archaeozoologia 1:11-42.

Subject: [ZOOARCH] wanted - illustrations of long bones of immature domestic animals
Is there any atlas that shows illustrations of the long bones of
immature domesticated animals?
Preferably, I would like illustrations of the proximal and distal ends,
with the epiphyses not present.
That is a general need, but my specific need is for illustrations of the
distal ends of the tibia of an immature sheep, i.e. one without the
epiphyses.
Richard
