Dear Carole,
We have been enrolling our students for the duration of their course for
several years now, i.e. they are enrolled until their expected course
completion date and remain so as long as they remain in good financial and
academic standing or withdraw. Is that what you mean?
No problems have been encountered, but obviously you need the systems to
ensure that all the essential annual stuff (fees and confirming that they are
still here) can be done in other ways (eg. post, by telephone, on-line) and
for handling those students whose financial/academic position needs to be
addressed. If you want to find out more details, please contact me and I
can give you the name of the head of our student administration office.
