I've managed to get the thing running on a Windows 95 machine by ingnoring
the error, but not on our NT workstations. I put this success down to
having installed latest versions of programming software which have most
likely registered the necessary components.
However, I am unable to export the data to either fixed or delimited files
(which I have logged with the helpline), which kind of leaves me nowhere...
Anyone else had this problem?
Regards
Dave

We have the software running OK on NT4 service pack 5, having chosen to
ignore the error.
The only other problem encountered was the software refusing to recognise
our institution code, but this was solved by a call to the SLC helpdesk,
removal of the previous software and a re-install.

Has anyone successfully installed this software on Windows NT 4.0 yet? We
have tried but have got the following error:
An error occurred while registering the file
'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msado21.tlb'
It apears that the application may have been developed in Micosoft Access
2000 and cannot be installed on NT 4.0. Our techies are looking to see if
it
works using Windows 2000.
Any ideas?
