Our lab's QC has shown no problems with this assay. The question I would
like the answer to is - How long will it take to fix?
The correlations between the DPC coat-a-tube (our backup assay) and the
AxSYM shows a broad scatter of results and a number of outliers - I believe
that lot of this work was done by the University of Nebraska. Abbott has
not been very forthcoming with the evidence and that's perhaps because they
do not quite know the cause of the problem.
