I am trying to compare the costs of our service with other local authorities. Would anyone have the following information please that would be useful for comparison;
annual vehicle maintenance costs
annual fuel bills
staffing costs
cost per issue
cost per visit
number of staff/drivers in the team
do you use volunteers
cost per head of population
annual issues
annual visitor figures
number of new borrowers per annum
Additionally, I would be interested in cost of wireless internet access -initial implementation cost and annual maintenance charges
Anyone considering dramatically changing their current service altogether?
