I'm sending this to the whole list since other UK-based folk may want
want to access the document via ILL.
Steve,
ILL here has confirmed that we got La Chronique de Sainte
Barbe-en-Auge ed R N Sauvage, (Memoires de l'Academie
Nationale de Caen, 1906) from Cambridge University Library.
Unfortunately our record is in a compressed form, so we don't
have a Cambridge press mark. It was a restricted item and you
will have to read it in your home library.
The original request was as you have it, and sent to CUL by BLDSC.
N.B.
1. The text is one of several articles in the 1906 Memoires
de...Caen volume so be sure the request is clearly marked.
You want the 1906 Memoires de...Caen, which contains the
Chronique - along with a whole heap of other stuff.
2. Cambridge UL is a great source for materials the BL
cannot supply. However, their on-line catalogues are less than
comprehensive for older materials. There is no way to get around
this, but ILL staff here tend to send a request direct to Cambirdge
when they are attempting a goose chase, partly because they are well
stocked and partly because we have a good relationship with them!
best wishes
Duncan Givans
