Apologies for cross posting.
Essex Libraries are looking for help with a Best Value benchmarking
exercise!
We are currently carrying out a Best value pilot on the housebound library
service (we have already talked to some of you - thanks for your help and
information received so far).
The next step....We have now drawn up a draft list of benchmarks/ indicators
which we hope some of you will be able to work with us on.
It is difficult to find measures which are directly comparable. HOWEVER, we
need to start somewhere and we have drawn up the attached list (see below)
as a starting point - so if you are interested in taking some first steps in
this area and if you think you can do any comparison with us in at least
some of the areas covered, then please get in touch.
E-mail, or telephone Anne Brimlow on 01245 284981 ext. 254, e-mail
[log in to unmask];
or Julia Harrison on 01245 436514, e-mail [log in to unmask]
Thank you in advance.
