Thanks for your reply Ken. I've passed it to the person who made the
request originally and he may contact you with bibliographic info directly
or he may send it to me to relay to you. He's preparing a new text for
introductory cartography and thought of using the projection diagrams from
the atlas which was his first ever book purchase as a school student in
Yorkshire.
