There are several works on this topic. Guilielmus Cuperus, "De divisione
apostolorum commentarius historico-criticus," Acta Sanctorum (3rd edn)
Iul. 4, pp. 6-16, has a little on the feast, but deals mostly with the
historical event. Willibrord Hug, "Geschichte des Festes Divisio
apostolorum," Theologische Quartalschrift 113 (1932) 53-72, is primarily a
list of occurrences of this feast in sources from various areas.
