Hi Julie,
I wouldn't lose much sleep over the difference between 1730 and 1731,
let alone 1730 and 1730.1; however, if you want to be "on the safe
side" round it up to 1731 (which also gives the impression that you're
being meticulously precise, and conservative, which can't be bad!)
