According to the Eastern Orthodox menologia, Oct. 3, is, ( among
others, of course), the common celebration of Dionysios, Bp. pf Athens, the
reopagite. It was set as a common date for Orth. Cal. to preceed the
celebration of the FAthers of the the Seventh Ecumenical Council on the
following Sunday. This year... Oct. 10
