I'm in favour of Bill's excellent idea and I would add that I would be more than
happy for my image resources and, indeed, my medieval palaeography pages, to be
ported to a N. American home, if they were felt to be sufficiently valuable.
I'm afraid that they are not valued here, although the Computer Centre has been
extraordinarily generous is providing me with tons of web space. The images,
I assume, can be transferred simply by right-clicking. I would just like the
privilege of being able to add to the images (if there was a transparency
scanner in the department, I could add over 500 images immediately, but I will
no doubt add images at a trickle without it).
Good luck with the proposal.
Dave
