Hi,
>From my memory (which is fading somewhat) I first heard the terms used by John Pullicino of the Disability Resources Centre in Melbourne around 1981-2 (?) I recall to use of such a term caused a storm at the time. The stark, politicised nature of the phrase caused many to re-think 'disability'.

Who was first credited with using the term? I have come across it in literature before but have lost the reference and think it is a powerful term. All help appreciated.
