There is a two-volume set called "How To Be A Perfect Stranger", which consists
of brief how-to-dress, how-to-behave, what-to-bring sections for various religions
and various of their ceremonies (mainly those to do with babies, weddings, and deaths).
Volume Two was published a year or two ago.
The author is a rabbi, from Connecticut, I believe.
