I'd second the various authors/books suggested. If we're beginning to
mention collections of facsimile pages, etc. I suggest a look at Margaret
T. Gibson's _The Bible in the Medieval West_ (Notre Dame & London:
University of Notre Dame Press, 1993). Excellent plates (very clear),
with a good introduction and annotations for each manuscript page
reproduced. From Late Antique Biblical mss. to the early printed bibles
in cluding the Complutensian Polyglot.
