Dear Astrid,
I think that "parentes" means simply "parents", "Eltern". My proofs are although from the beginning of the 14th century, but I think they proceed from a long tradition. See manuscript "Preces ad sanctos usui Cunegundis abbatissae monasterii sancti Georgii in castro Pragensi destinatae" (National Library of the Czech Republic, shelf mark XII.D.12), see digital copy: <http://digit.nkp.cz:1111/cgi-bin/c1250.bat/mnscr/xii_d.12/descr.htm>.
With best wishes
