Dear List-members,
a friend of mine, art-historian and not online in the moment, asked me to present this question to the List with
the hope, that maybe someone has a hint for her.
In an article from 1906 the author Konrad Eubel named as his source an undated copy of a chronic with the
title:
"Deductio historica provinciae Coloniensis ordinis fratrum Minorum s. Francisci Conventualium".
This chronic was written by several monks - one named as Pater Bernard von der Weck - and it seems to be
continued until 1740.
According to Konrad Eubel, the copy was part of the "Archiv des Minoritenordens zu Rom".
My friend would like to know more about this chronic and if this cited copy still exist. I would appreciate any
help - this is really a very unknown area for me.
Thanks,
Katrinette Bodarwe
