I've got a link [1] to the Underground Map PDF (and the bus routes as well)
which London Underground have on their site. They're quite happy for people
to download this - although it's not a direct link, it's a link to the
Disclaimer which they present before serving the PDF to the user. I think
you've answered your question in that it's copyright material - the Shetland
Times/Shetland News fight might be a little relevant here [2]. The '10 myths
