The possibilities involve one of the following topics:
The role of structural dynamics in the chaperone function.
Comparison of the effect of temperature and of high pressure on
protein structure and dynamics.
Molecular modelling and dynamics - studies by computational
techniques on a Silicon Graphics work station.
The available experimental methods are
steady state and time resolved luminescence spectroscopy -
fluorescence and phosphorescence methods
fluorescence line narrowing techniques
