You know the Szabo-Ostlund: Modern Quantum Chemistry book; a short chapter at the end is about the molecular integrals (Coulomb, exchange, etc.) for 1s gaussians. For some test I need clear algoritm, like it is written in Szabo book, or which would be better for me, fortran subroutine(s) which calculates those. I know this subject has a histosry in comp.chem. I looked up the original articles (may be not all) but non of them is so clear like the one in Szabo w/r a quick (!!!) programming, and - again - the Szabo book is [...]44_22Mar199910:52:37-0500(EST)[log in to unmask] |

A graduate student position (BAT IIa/2) is available in the field of cluster
physics at the Department of Physics of the University of Osnabruck until
December 31, 2001 with special emphasis on
Size Effects in Free Metal Clusters.
The experimental work concerns the construction and testing of cluster sources
for producing variable size clusters. Size effects will be characterized using
synchrotron radiation in the soft and hard X-ray regime. Detection techniques
include mass spectrometry, photoelectron spectroscopy, and coincidence
spectroscopies. The experimental results will be interpreted using model
calculations. Applicants should have experience in the above mentioned fields.
They should also be motivated to participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
projects. Applicants are required to assist in teaching of students and they
should have a diploma or equivalent degree in physics or chemistry. The
position
is suitable for further qualification (doctorate).
The University of Osnabrück endeavors to employ a higher portion of female
