Can any one give me some information, please?
It's for a friend who is a cross country runner and mother to a breastfed 3
month old.
She wants to know
1. Will the lactic acid from her training sessions enter her milk and be
damaging to her baby?
2. If she weaned her baby, could she train harder - i.e. is the lactation
taking energy from her running?
