saw this one in August.
A 63 year old man, seeing his Family Doctor. Clinical information is 'blood
in stools'.
Serum results are
Sodium: 138 mmol/L
Potassium: 5.2 mmol/L
Urea: 14.6 mmol/L (2.8 - 7.0)
Creatinine: 180 mmol/L (62 - 133)
Albumin: 40 g/L
Adjusted calcium: 2.41 mmol/L
Phosphate: 1.05 mmol/L
Uric acid: 527 umol/L (208-506)
Bilirubin: 12 umol/L
Alkaline phosphatase: 108 IU/L (<126)
ALT: 26 IU/L (<56)
Amylase: 180 IU/L (<110)
