Have you seen Sandro Sticca's _Plactus Mariae in the Dramatic Tradition of the Middle Ages_ (Athens, GA: Univ. of GA Press. 1988)? If you don't find what you're looking for there, the book might nevertheless be helpful. I seem to recall that the author
includes quite a good bibliography.
