Glad to know that you've continued to work on those figures. I'm sure
it was worth the effort, although I'm not sure how 'astonished' most
of us will be! I hope you're able to write it all up somewhere very
prominent.

I wondered how your analysis might inform our thinking about more
recent proposals, such as the measures envisaged in the Government's
