Hi there...
I'm a first-year PT student, just back from my first clinical
affiliation. Why do you need to know this, you ask? :-) Well, a patient
my CI was treating was also receiving these injections (for LBP from an old
MVA); I can't recall the MD's name, but the clinic was in Park City, Utah
(I believe the doc was in Salt Lake City, ~25 mi. away). I remember the
doc was Russian or of some other Slavic extraction. The patient said he
sounded just like the 80's exile comic Yakov Smirnoff - but that patient
swore by those shots! Hope this helps....
