I have found the NAGware F90 compiler to be very good for both Linux
and IRIX. However, the dbx90 debugger is worthless. It simply will
not run if there are any ENTRY points or PRIVATE data. These flaws
make it unusable for legacy code _and_ new code. Also, the debugger
checks to ensure that both input and output to it are terminals, and
will not run if they are not, thus making dbx90 impossible to wrap.
