Not a chance, Dale, unless you're *extremely* wealthy (in which case, let
me take you to lunch someday, so maybe you'll let me use your new resource
:-). The prices Chadwyk-Healey used to quote was somewhere in the vicinity
of US$40K, although they are supposedly willing to make arrangements for
lower prices--somewhere around US$5K was what was quoted to me. I think
this inovlved access by WWW via subscription, but because I passed along
the information to our reference librarians I am now out of the loop. I
hope it's true, however: there's really no replacing PL with the CETEDOC
cd-rom but this reduction (if it's true) brings the PL price more into line
with that of the CETEDOC product. Both cd's would make for a powerful
reference tool in any library.
