This comment was suggested by Jacqueline Murray's query, about which,
unfortunately, I can offer no help.
Edinburgh's copy of the Latin edition went missing sometime ago. The
English version is wholly inadequate for serious purposes. WHY ISN'T THERE
A CHEAP, AVAILABLE REPRINT OF THE LATIN EDITION? Many medievalists would
buy it.
The *Dialogus Miraculorum* is such an important text for so many topics.
I used it for the Amalricians (1210) and have always wondered why Caesarius
does NOT speak about the (Rhenish) children's crusade (peregrinatio
puerorum) of 1212.
