I have not read the reviews, but it is true that Goodich's translation is
not perfect (i speak as one who lives in a glass house ...) BUT it is 99%
good, and the main problem comes over his slightly variable translation
of the phrase (and some variants) "moving himself as if with a woman" (i'd
have to look up the latin). There is slight variation in the Latin
throughout the deposition, but Michael translates it rather freely.
HOWEVER it is obviously rather excellent that he translated it at all!
