Hi,
Could you please make sure that half maps of each body
(run_itXXX_half1_bodyNNN.mrc and run_itXXX_half2_bodyNNN.mrc)
are aligned well. We just found and repaired a bug, where
half maps start to drift away in multibody refinement.
Then subtraction becomes inaccurate in subsequent iterations.
This happens only when the first body converges before the others.
