Hi,
Run Refine3D on all particles to get a high resolution
reference. Then add a "_rlnBeamTiltClass" column to your run_data.star.
The values should be 1, 2, 3, ..., corresponding to each
beam shift group. CtfRefine will estimate beam tilts separately.
Best regards,

Is it best to refine each group in a separate process/star file (with each group of movies in a separate directory) then combine the star files together for the final refinement or is there a better way to do it?
